-Work from home -PTO was decent - given in a lump slum/mixed with sick time - keep that in mind

Cons

- Terrible commission - it was already bleak before they had a cyber security attack, however, after it was worse - Customers were horrible - management - a few in particular rude, limited room for growth

Pros

Everyone is totally under qualified so it’s really easy to look like a genius.

Cons

Everything. Management especially. Managers are totally incompetent, completely under qualified. During my exit interview they sent a person with less than a months experience to ask about my concerns with the company. As stated, zero care. Risky behavior when it comes to regulations around medical devices. Definitely need an FDA audit

Pros

This company once claimed to "value" and take pride in being a Family First organization, but the reality appears far different. Over the past six quarters, this company has laid off more than 500 employees—far exceeding similar actions taken by competitors like Patterson Dental and Benco Dental. While offering swift severance packages and expressing formal "condolences," the company suggests that other roles are available during its so-called "restructuring" process—a term that often masks widespread downsizing. However, securing one of these positions requires employees to reapply, effectively disregarding their years of hard work and reducing them to just another candidate in the pool. Attempts to seek guidance from former management often lead nowhere. Some managers are too fearful of jeopardizing their own positions, while others remain detached and self-serving. Unless you're part of an inner circle or have strong familial connections to someone in a director role, advancing within the organization is unlikely.

Cons

Read the "Pros" it explains it all clearly.
