      Pros

      I have loved the support from all over the world. While I may not know some of the employees personally, in fact, I may have never met some of them, they all are always willing to stop and help at anytime. I have learned a lot in 30 days and that's only because my region really took me under their wing to help guide me. My management really shows me support and helps every step of my way. While I have a lot to learn still, I am confident there will be someone to help me through.

      This company has an amazing culture. They have gone out of their was to make my onboarding easy and making me feel a part of the company. The people here are friendly and my colleagues are always willing to answer any questions. I am proud to say I work for Henry Schein

      The pay is slightly lower than many competitors, and bumps in the pay scale tend to hit newer employees, but existing employees don't often see it. Position pay increase when changing from one position to another are generally percentage based and may not be based in benchmarks for the industry.
