      If you believe in the old proverb that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers, it is demonstrated on a daily basis at Henry Schein. When I started working here, I was so impressed by how kind and supportive everyone treats each other and it really made me feel like I made the right decision. Henry Schein being an older more established company, I was also pleasantly surprised by how much excitement and focus around technology innovation and change which is occurring in the company.

      Cons

      I know this is a trivial ask, however I would love to see free K-cups in the pantries.

      Pros

      Having come from different companies, Henry Schein is unique in the best way possible. It is so rare to find a company that places an emphasis on employee happiness and growth. There is a sense of community and culture that is unlike anywhere else! There are employees who have been here for over 30 years, and that says it all. It is rare to find a company that will encourage and provide it's employees with the opportunity to build a lifelong career without having to jump from company to company.

      I honestly couldn't think of any cons -- my experience here has been great.
