      Pros

      Strong interdepartmental collaborative spirit; lots of face-time with senior leadership, including VPs and senior VPs; corporate headquarters featured a nice campus - all around collegial environment.

      Cons

      The culture can be a bit conservative; rapid M&A has expanded the company's footprint but sometimes has a lack of connectedness between the acquired businesses and Henry Schein as a parent company.

      Pros

      Show up for work on time, complete your assigned work in a timely manner, get paid. Lots of opportunities for overtime pay. Holiday pay is available. Drive around on machines. New break room!! Management is constantly involved in keeping things interesting with holiday parties, annual training, and random activities.

      Cons

      The job can be monotonous at times. The beginning of the month is chaotic at times. Break room is nice but you have to go up some stairs.
