Everyone's very friendly! I learnt a lot useful skills which include Excel skills and communication skills. Managers are all willing to help when I had questions. Managers want interns to ask questions whenever they got confused.

Cons

Not enough full time positions available for interns if they wanted to stay

Great company! I feel very fortunate to work here.

Cons

The dental industry is changing, HSD is changing with it but so are the traditional field sales based roles. This is not a bad thing, but fighting with customers over $.05 on a cotton roll gets old.

Employees are just a number, company is too big in that aspect, too much "red tape" to get want needs to be done, profitability is number #1, too much management.
