      Fun staff Good exhibition benefits for attending staff

      Cons

      Management are the main issue, they let certain individuals get away with murder. Completely unqualified people working their way up in the company, with a condescending attitude. Their way or the highway because they want to reap all the glory for your good ideas. This is not an organisation to be a part of if you like team ethic.

      Pros

      Office atmosphere is some what laid back. Loved working with my VP, he was always hands on when it came to our projects. Other companies that I've worked for in the pass , I've never meet my VP or never had a relationship with them.

      Cons

      The company is kind of behind when its comes to technology, everyone keeps tons of papers at there desk, and the computer system is old. What drew me to the company was the fact that many of the employees have been there for a while, I shortly realized that wasn't a good thing. Many of the older employees are stuck in their ways and really don't like change. I've also experienced "Clicks" with some of the Product Managers and their management.

      Highly political, Highly Reactive, and stuck in the dark ages. Company is driven by fear and loyalty and think they are being "innovative" by placing an event on social media.
