Pros

Good salary for location Secured employment

Cons

- Target low hanging fruit, you are not doing high level work. -Extremely frustrating place to work, it is very much focused on stats not actual output. - Management is poor, managers join the role from outside ICE, so you can have someone who has 0 operational experience leading a team, simply because they have said the correct buzz words in a CS interview. - 0 work life balance, please look at the annual hours agreement prior to the role, you need to understand that shifts can change hours before, rest days can be swapped with no notice, you cannot plan more than a week in advance and this is regular. - There is no progression and any addtional skills are not paid - No overtime, again, AHA policy is awful.
