Pros

A nice salary with benefits including a hybrid work schedule helps work feel rewarding without being overwhelming. There is a lot of moving parts and seemingly endless opportunities to learn and grow into new roles.

Cons

When I joined HR was upgrading systems and there were a number of bumps along the road where I was unable to access, software or files and getting access took a long time. Even now some parts of my on boarding checklist I can't complete.

Pros

Very welcoming and motivated people, calm and rational leadership. Well organized repositories for process and knowledge management, which has eased onboarding and training. Overall very competitive compensation package. Frequent and clear communication from upper management to whole company. Proactive and productive adoption of AI tools for many processes, saving employee time on administrivia. Global, diversified company means lots of potential career paths and opportunities.

Cons

The usual HR and IT onboarding issues, which were typically resolved quickly. The organizational structure of the company and how individuals may be "dotted line" allocated all over the place can make it difficult to know who owns what pieces of a project or process, but some of this is part of being a large, matrixed company. Many processes are "high inertia" as a result. Choice of health plans in most areas is limited to HDHP networks, which may not be the best choice for many people. Not a lot of visible diversity in upper management.
