Was trying to push it to the end, i started when they were offering a pension. This was a big reason i did not want to leave.

Cons

I really don't have enough time to explain everything, from management, fellow employees, down to the cafeteria. Management creates an environment where employees become cutthroat to one another. Many individuals are being under paid by really high margins. There was nothing satisfying, rewarding, or challenging in this company. Get your experience and get the flock out!

Aerospace work is interesting. I like my co-workers.

Cons

Upper management is driving a "performance culture" really hard that essentially translates to demanding that employees work more hours. Working 10-20% overtime is the new normal at Honeywell. People in my group have been seeking employment elsewhere lately.
