Decent salary, easy job as in low-stress.

Cons

It seems management wants only yes-men. Challenging the status quo either will get you in trouble or you will find that it is more trouble than its worth. No bonuses for good performance and it seems like the ones who make the most noise or are the most bureaucratic hold the highest positions. Easy to hide your incompetence at this place. All the smart people want to leave the company and they all will eventually when the economy gets better.

Work / life balance, friendly environment, the pay and benefits were good, i was able to get work off for doctor appointments

Cons

i did not receive feedback from my manager on a consistent basis, general office politics, i was not challenged regularly
