      Good place to get some experience and get out!

      Pros

      Since the company is so understaffed it's easy to get experience in a wide range of areas.

      Cons

      Incompetent upper management is out of touch with the needs of employees. Big push for outsourcing but it was poorly planned and even more poorly executed.

      Pros

      Diversified organization enables many job-growth opportunities for advancement. Honeywell offers leadership and personal development courses to all employees. I find the opportunities to be product specfic or product wide knowledge always challenging to my career-path. Innovation attempts are paramount to success.

      Cons

      Diversified organizations or global companies are to slow to respond to emerging technologies in their space. New techologies are slow in the pipe line to emerge to the marketplace. Honeywell does however place great importance on new product development. The challenge to keep new porducts portfollio constantly updated and new products to the marketplace . Consumers or B2B want innovation in a timely fashion
