      Pros

      Good company for aerospace domain. Good benifits and 401 k. Good job stability if you are high performer and good with your manager.

      Cons

      No innovation going on. Need to revise the pay scale to improve employee loyalty. Need to remove bureaucracy to improve growth.

      Pros

      Honeywell (of course) has global name recognition...when you say that you work for Honeywell, people don't need to ask "who are they?" Green Belt certification was a snap

      Cons

      Furloughs were really painful last year - losing 3 weeks pay hurts, especially when you are expected to make up the work that piled up in your absence

      Pros

      Hioneywell has never defaulted on a paycheck and it does have good medical and dental insurance. The recent time keeping method ensures that one is paid overtime, even for a minute.

      Cons

      One never knows if one will have a job the next day. HR has lied to us about "protected status" during lay offs. Said they had no idea what that was. Senior management is not trusted.
