Fun and friendly company to work at. Respectful of your time and trusted to work remotely. Compensation is good for the work environment. People are friendly.

Cons

Quite a bit of tech debt although that is the case at any company. Depending on your values the culture is definitely company value before engineering which can be a pro or a con.
