Pros
Hopper is a great because it provides a lot of opportunity both to grow both vertically and horizontally. I have been promoted twice and have the opportunity to grow my skill set since I was given the opportunity to learn new languages while on the job
Cons
One con is that we move quickly so sometimes tech debt gets large but as long as it is included in the road map it is manageable
