Pros
Great team and my direct supervisor is an open minded man that allows the team members improve themselves.
Cons
The salaries are simply a joke. The company even did not give raises on time. A lot of people resigned due to the financial problems and unkept promises. The higher management lacks any kind of vision. They are even incapable of understanding the projects that are done by the employees. As a researcher I want to work on academic papers but the management does not allow or appreciate any kind of academic work.
