The pay is pretty good.
Cons
If you are not Chinese, you will never be in the mainstream. All country managers are Chinese and almost all of their direct reports are also Chinese. All orders come from the top. People below do not question, they follow orders. They know the non-Chinese will question why we are doing this. It is easier to bypass the non-Chinese. You will not use your expertise if you come to Huawei.
