Pros

Latest technologies Good technical masters and who are happy to help you. Very good place for freshers. Good place if you want to work for 1 year and learn and earn. But not good for long term.

Cons

No human treatment. If some one treats you as a human you will tell your friends. 12 to 16 hours is expected Unnecessary templates from the managers who do not have work , create work for others. For everything there is an excel sheet. 40% of the time developer will be coding. 40 % time spending on excel sheet filling , 10% time on static code comments tools fixing and 10% time on making continuous integration server making green. On the date of release whole night stay is expected. And for that please do not ask comp. off or a leave or money. They shall not be approved. After you leave from the office twice to thrice you can expect the call from your manager, director asking for status. Strict watch is kept on you. If you are out of desk for 10/15 mins your manager will call you , if not he will ask some one to call you. Very high attrition rate. Account Managers/Directors will treat you as your own property or bonded labor/slave. Even if you go by 2 night you are expected to come at 8.30 AM. Some managers who are spoons to higher management are kept just for the same of creating work for others. After a certain stage no growth. Senior management here think they can buy anything with money. Only set of people will get promotion and appreciation, if you are not falling into that what so ever you do , your efforts are not recognized. Working on weekends and on holidays is expected. They will assign you work on Friday after noon and make sure you finish by Monday morning. (Means implicitly asking to work on weekends) Some of the managers will keep on asking you status every 1 , 2 hours. On the name of energized work culture some teams have started asking for money. If you do not go at 9 you should pay xxx Rs. For everything they have fine system . Which is never discussed when you join. And fine system is no where documented, its based on managers mood he will fine you. Managers have started asking to post good reviews to members to post on glassdoor. :-) They can go to any cheap level to get their work done. I suggest if you are getting less package outside also consider joining there but not here.
