      The schedule which is irregular and the complexity of the job

      Cons

      Cancelled work from home for no reason, not even wanted to try a hybrid mode, the environment is toxic, people are not professional, if there are opportunities in other department or teams the team leader won't allow the change, managers are chosen internally on their own rules basically is a Chinese company with Chinese rules similar to what it was during the communistic regime
