      Fair salary, not bad. Some colleagues are good. Good online learning platform.

      Cons

      Toxic culture 1. They let the least good performance colleagues go with helping them improve first. 2. The leaders from the senior level look not professional, come with some unrealistic ideas, and always like asking us to work late when they visit. Actually, they don't really productive, but they pretend to look hard working. 3. The local managers are not hard-working people but dislike judging and disrespecting others.
