      This company can get you poisoned in it’s baicaoyuan dormitory in Shenzhen, China. Turkish HR and managers earn money over your damages. They are like a kidnapping machine.

      Pay well, comparing to the market

      Cons

      No way of seeing yourself a team leader or senior manager, since all of them are Chinese and being shipped from China to the office, so no way for local employee to grow into senior position. That is why all the decision and strategies are made by Chinese employees, while locals just being locals and serving most of the time as translators to Chinese vision.

      A Great Company, Spoiled By Poor Management and Communication

      - Ability to work with and develop new technologies on some very interesting customer projects. - Always something new to learn, a very rapidly growing company with a lot of new products and features. - Some of the most talented people in the industry work here, so a great place for exposure. - Salary is above average compared to competing companies. - It is possible to work on some very high-profile projects with a lot of great customers.

      Cons

      - Communication is shockingly bad (not because of the language barrier) with local employees being cut out from key decisions / information. - Work / life balance isn't great, some can manage it, some can't. But that's the nature of our work, be prepared for a stressful job. - High turnover of directors / managers / employees in certain departments.
