      Worst RA Leadership- Stay away from Regulatory Affairs at BD Carefusion

      BD Carefusion has worst RA leadership I have seen anywhere in my regulatory experience . The leadership is completely incompetent, bully and lack of people's manager experience. High turnover in regulatory group due to complete lack of direction and Alaris fiasco. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPY RA LEADERSHIP.

      Pros

      The Huawei Research Centre in Dublin is a very exciting and busy environment. There are a lot of new and exciting teams being set up in 2020 and this brings excitement and challenge with it. I have been working her just under a year and I am learning a lot, there is a great diverse culture and open, friendly and welcoming employees.

      Huawei is a very big global organisation, this means that sometimes processes can be too complicated and very slow

      Pros

      Good bonus and salary nothing else. If you just need money then join.

      Cons

      School like timings - 10am-5pm Long working hours, you have to work in weekends as well. You feel like you are in a caged environment. No work from home facility. Most talented people resign within few months because of work life balance issues. Architects they know only few stuffs. Chinese documents mostly. No learning, have to follow SOPs.
