Pros
Last time I checked you could use the Chinese restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a big bonus as this workplace may be the only place in Istanbul where you can enjoy the most authentic Chinese food. And it has definitely a very high value to price ratio. You can meet and work together with young and ambitious colleagues who are currently enrolled in graduate programs.
Cons
Managers are not experts in their assigned projects, even more they do not seem to be interested in developing their skills. People with already acquired research and project management skills are ignored and not acknowledged for no good reason. You are assessed for your so-called "performance" every six months. However, this is not analytical as the requirements set are vague and change very often during the term. You are not given clear objectives that you can tackle, thus your assessment correlates with your closeness with your manager and whether she/he likes you or not.
