Pros
i worked in huawei Egypt for 7 years , i can say that there is no career path in this company , no equal opportunities , there is clear discrimination between local staff and Chinese staff , they always put Chinese staff on Top priority from salary increase , annual bonus and promotions point of views , even if you are more qualified , no kind of motivation even after over achieving your annual sales target they always makes you feel that you done nothing and you have to do more , beside the daily stress and working in weekends without gaining any overtime , at last you feel that you are a slave working with your master , frankly speaking you cant have a normal personal life while working in huawei and regarding the monthly pay is not corresponding to the position you are working for and the tasks required
