Not multi-national but global Chinese company with lots of Chinese expats exported to different countries, hierarchical organization with very Chinese style of management, Chinese expats as managers often not qualified (no local language speaking except Chinese-style English, mind set formatted by Huawei, no local cultural background or comprehension, imporper behivior, poor personal leadership, etc.); strong short-term KPI driven with lots of presure ; local employees often excluded from core organisational structure with no evolution possibility ; low efficiency in project or daily operations (big organisation with Chinese complications, useless meetings, poor intern communication and organization, rigid and poorly configured workflows, etc.); pertubations and often negative impacts on business due to high turnover of Chinese expats ; etc.
