      Mostly positive but room for improvement (for Bangladesh branch)

      Pros

      -Structured projects, driven work force -good starting salary for Engineers -calm work environment, minimal drama

      Cons

      -low amount of facilities (company cars not available when needed for meetings) -extremely low overtime salary, overtime not counted unless one stays more than 3 hours -terrible services for females (the prayer room for females doubled as storage room)

      Promotes favoritism and nepotism. Hires incompetent people who supersede you because f their relatives

      Good first-timer, but don't make the mistake to stay too long

      Pros

      Good place for stepping in the industry, making experience, gain confidence (and ultimately brake it if you stay too long) , possible promotions (or rather put, receiving extra tasks and responsibilities)

      Cons

      Relatively low and unfair salaries, promotions come without salary increase. Lack of transparency, poor management at times. No interest in the well-being of the employees whatsoever. If I'd have to describe it in one word, that would be "chaos".
