      Thank you for your feedback. We recognise the nature of our culture can be challenging and this can have an impact on management styles. We are continually looking at ways to address this. This year we are launching more on-site training to look at cross cultural leadership, understanding the businesses core values within the local environment and enhancing management and leadership skills.       Very terrible company culture

      Pros

      Pay slightly higher than market rate but when you start working. You would know that your contributions has exceeded your pay way too much.

      Cons

      -No work life balance at all :on call 7/24,call you after work or assinegd u work on PB or weekends is a norm there. - employees exploitation - most of the employees are from china mainland and they can be pushy and ridiculously crazy to brush off their responsibilities when there is mistake occur. -force you to work even if you were on sick leave -push their responsibility to you without any appreciation. -workload are huge and impossible to go back on time - unfair treatment between the local and china employees -local employees' effort are not appreciated

      - Large availability of sources to learn from: training, papers, manuals etc.etc. - Good Salary and high incentive bonus - Leader position in the Italian market

      Cons

      - Extremely poor carreer path and opportunities - Low chances of salary improvement - Poor cooperation among employees - HR deparment weak - Hard to change position inside the company - Difficult to balance work and personal life - Extremely cumbersome internal procedures - No multicutural approach
