      There is a great room for learning and growing. You can learn as much as you can. The technology is there, it mainly depends how much you want to go. Good team members with technical expertise. Although adequate support is rarely available, problems are solved on way or another. Multicultural experience can be of great advantage.

      Cons

      There is usually a high pressure environment with tight deadlines. Work life balance can be affected by handling several projects at the same time. Projects usually are not properly planned, with realistic goals in mind.

      They will make you work even you are sick also. Continuously will call you when you are on leave . When you are at the office the pressure will be at the peak all the time. worst place to work .
