The 996 work schedule here is like a never - ending torture. We're forced to work from 9 am to 9 pm, six days a week. It's simply inhumane. Overtime has become the norm rather than the exception. I often find myself staying in the office long after normal working hours, not because there's truly that much urgent work, but because the company seems to expect us to be constantly available. There are countless nights when I'm so exhausted that I can barely keep my eyes open, yet I still have to slog through piles of tasks. This company is clearly exploiting its employees. They're squeezing every ounce of energy out of us without any regard for our well - being. There's no proper rest time. Weekends are often interrupted by work - related messages or calls, and even during the short breaks we get during the day, we're constantly under pressure to be productive.
