      Good onsite oppurtunites for Non - R&D people.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. No work life balance. No replacement if someone resigns. Management is not friendly. Should not join in contract.

      helpful attitude by company directives motivating attitude of striving the professionalism

      Cons

      everything is in Chinese (systems, mails, infos, meetings) therefore the European employee is totally out of the information circulation chaotic company structure very slow decision making processes Chinese people have more rights than Europeans
