      Pros

      Good place to learn. Good pay. Even better bonus. Onsite oppurtunities in most of the teams.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero work life balance. More than 12 hrs/day work on an avg. You have to ask for leave even on weekends, most of the time denied. In last 4 years, i have not attended even a single family function.

      Pros

      This company really good to get a lot of experience and knowledge about telecom industry. You can learn a lot of new things and understand how to work in a big team and on a big project.

      Cons

      I remember one slogan for employees - "one team - one dream", forget about it. In real there is no team, no motivation, no equality. The management is too bad, that it is impossible to believe. This company also has some big problem with sharing experience, because we had a one big project in our region that I took part and when it was about to finish most of the team was fired. But after several months in another region started the same project. And they had the same problems and nobody could help them to solve it and told about way that had been found. It is also a marker about the relationship to employees - in Huawei you are working material. When you cease to be necessary, from you immediately get rid.
