In the team I worked for, the manager has a habit of verbally harassing team members when he is angry, in the name of pushing boundaries to achieve the targets(with female staff as well). Although the HR agreed that verballing harassing, threatening, and pushing around for work is not professional and usually not an acceptable practice, I feel as an organization it is sad that they are unable to control such behaviour and ensure professionalism in the work environment and make sure that the work environment is conducive to work.

- Managers do not care any problems of employees and says can't do anything because of regulations(!). - Company does not know "Inflation", Manager said that "Inflation is not company's problem" - I have 3 years experience as a software engineer and my salary is only about 900 dollars monthly although I have a good contribution/performance. - Company can't manage anything good. In 2022, we have max 4-5 events for employees such as "Happy hour", "Trekking". Normally they should have "happy hour" every month. - Company do not give/share bank promotions. Managers just say "We do not have bank promotions according to contract between the bank and the company". - Company has a "Chinese Cafeteria" which only and only Chinese people can eat there. And we have Sodexo(now 90 dollars monthly) for eating at any restaurant. - Employees are same with others that do not have sale for Huawei products. And company does not gift any Huawei products. - There are a lot of things to say here:)
