      Huawei promotes fast career development, specially for young staff, they assume risks on people talent and manage their development accurately.

      Cons

      Still not global philosophy, but Chinese International Company. This stops Huawei from being a full global company. Though is on the way of changing

      1. Opportunities to get good work. 2. Good exposure to programming concepts, good contribution made as a fresher. 3. Travel opportunities. 4. Good annual hikes if you are a good performer. 5. Friendly environment and colleagues. 6. Late night cab facility.

      1. No transport facility. Bad food facility. No good tea and coffee facility. 2. Bad place for you if you are not going good with your manager. 3. Long working hours most times. 4. No flexible timings and work from home facility.
