      Slog and slog and slog and slog and slog. Mindless hardwork. rework, patch work, bug fix takes the whole time. 5% of total time given to developement which results in poor quality code.

      Culture is everything can be sacrificed for customer sanctification, which is above right and ethics. Long hours are normal. Skewed compensation system needs revision.
