      Pros

      Salaries are good, job security is very good because being a chinese company, work will always be there.

      Cons

      Work environment is not so good, long working hours and unpleasent travels are part of it.

      - Have unlimited chance to gain experience across many things in the company - Regular competence development via overseas training or on job training

      Cons

      - It seems that local resources is below the HQ/China resources in term of promotion and trust from management - There's no specific career model for promotion - There's a difference in internal document in native language (Chinese) with English version
