opportunity to work on consultant projects in developing countries, if you like stay working for a project spanning 6-10 weeks straight without coming back to home town

Cons

HKCC BC supervisor, micro manage staff, zero communication with direct report in Shenzhen, lacking knowledge in ICT discipline, selfish, unable to manage professionals, high turnover, lie about % of travel involved, no knowledge sharing (probably because of lack of experience)
