Its not global company but Chineese ,managed by Chineese. Whatever title is carried, a local employee is always a bridge between local customer and Chineese management.none responsibilyt or authorisation is granted. Have no clue what is employee management and motivation. There is no any standartisation at salary and benefits. Big HR turnover, every single employee either complaining or looking for a job following in six months. No strategy nor plan . Lack of positive image in prospects and in the industry.
