      Exposure to new technology and Ofcourse money..!!

      Cons

      Bad organization structure, Bad communication within the internal, Lots of re-work because of bad planning. Since company is new to the market.. things should improve in future.

      - open for knowledge - job routing is easy - large portfolio and solution - it and documentation are very easy for access - Management flexible, tolerent and hard worker

      Cons

      - no time for staff enabling and learning - no time for quality, always thinking about target and deadline - no proper communication between employee and manager - unfair on competences and compensation analysis - no clear objective, less transparency - not suitable for someone engaged with family
