Pros
Strong parents company, Huawei, Symantec. Huawei is very strong at Carrier market while Symantec is quite strong at enterprise market. Therefore, HuaweiSymantec does not worry about selling issue of its poor boxes. Strong financial support but big waste, this company does not care about money because Huawei can support its expense.
Cons
Very Very bad management and incompetent leader. Poor communication inside the company, and most of employees are frustrated with little career development opportunity. Pure bureaucracy and inefficient system. Most of top talents left because of emotional suffer and morale is quite low.
