      Very Bad work culture . OK company to join for fresher

      Pros

      If salary is the only driving force for you. Work is ok for some project. Most of the times you have learn yourself Onsite was rewarding earlier but they dont give much perdiem.

      Cons

      Salary growth is good if you are a critical resource they will pay huge sums to stop you. Also after three years you start getting loyaly bonus which is a lure.

      Good place for fresher as learning opportunity is high If adjust in the culture and could be more productive compared to others, the career blossoms Its place for those who are looking for very challenging and competitive environment

      Cons

      Work-life balance goes to toss Can't take work home and there will be always lot of work, work pressure very high Not healthy environment for employees Too much Customer focused even if it requires to sacrifice good employee for it
