      Pros

      depends on the team. Learning wise its pretty good. If u have 1-2 yrs of exp here, u can survive anywhere else in the industry

      Cons

      bad and worse management. Hr doesn have any powers. employees are not respected and encouraged for their actual work

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities for those who have little experience and are eager to learn, but not many opportunities exist for the experienced staff who are not Chinese as management roles and promotions are almost exclusively reserved for the Chinese staff

      Cons

      As it was mentioned in the pros, the key jobs go to the Chinese staff. The company, despite its international presence remains doggedly Chinese to the core and there are language and cultural barriers for the non-Chinese staff which hinders their career development within the company

      Pros

      If salary is the only driving force for you. Work is ok for some project. Most of the times you have learn yourself Onsite was rewarding earlier but they dont give much perdiem.

      Cons

      Salary growth is good if you are a critical resource they will pay huge sums to stop you. Also after three years you start getting loyaly bonus which is a lure.
