      Pros

      Learning, work. For a fresher, this is a good company.. But after 1, 2 years, no need to stay back n suffer!

      Cons

      Hectic work, the way you r treated at the workplace.. u ll be treated worser than coolis. No personal life, no diff b/w week days and weekends.. Expected workin hours ll be 12 minimum.. No ethics.. Cheating is normal in all ways.. from all the depts.. While leaving company, u ll see completely diff face... This u see in more than 95% teams.. some exceptions might be there(which I doubt)..

      Pros

      The rate at which Huawei has grown has been truly amazing, it makes you think they must be doing something right.

      Cons

      The problem is it is a Chinese Company that is operating in a Chinese way, which is fine if it is in China, and not in the UK

      Company growing in Brazilian market, what is a stimulus for employees. Very complete portfolio, that fullfils any service provider requestes.

      Cons

      Not so serious way of doing business Success at any price, otherwise you can be punished No balance allowed between professional and privite life
