1)The first & foremost reason I prefer Huawei is the career growth It Offers... I have seen people with 2 years experience in huawei taking up an SG Role... In huawei experience doesn't matter, all that matters is your performance.... Remember, In Huawei the career ladder is defined not based on experience but based on performance..... 2)I have never heard a word called BENCH in huawei... Here YOU ALWAYS LEARN SOMETHING EVERYDAY...and employee can never be on bench... This is the second reason I prefer huawei...
Cons
The one and only one downside I see is balancing between work and life will be a bit challenging one at huawei... However I should Agree I Cannot blame this one entirely on management.... There is a slight mistake from employees perspective also. It all depends.... If you deliver high quality deliverables from your side...the need for doing latenights will never come.. However, I heartily welcome the decision taken by iSAP Management in past few month with respect to this issue... Now Measures Have been taken to bulid Energised Work Environment.. I Strongly feel the recent measures taken up by iSAP Management will make an employee balance his work and life in a perfect manner
