      Money, very little other things in favour of joining this company

      Discrimination against non-Chinese in this company is everywhere, everyday Workload Expected to perform miracles without the required resources. Lack of travel. Expectation is you have to grovel to bosses. You cannot challenge

      Pros

      International reputation. Innovation and new tech industry. Good looking office. Culturally mixed environment.

      Cons

      Extremely bad communication. Information sharing is almost inexistant and the level of english is awful. Racial discrimination. Only chinese managers can decide. No value to local employees. Very low quality trainings. Meetings in Chinese. Wages are average compared to the huge amount of work. Everyone is having a burnout. Short-term strategy. Every employee undertakes two-persons tasks at least. THEY PULL THE WOOL OVER ALL EMPLOYEES' EYES!

      Industry leading company, gain experience in leading Chinese company. Plenty of challenge.

      Cons

      Chinese centric management with no value of diversity or using local expertise and knowledge. Not recommended to those who do not have international experience. Complete lack of structure and chaotic culture with no real local business strategy. Agressive management style does not work.
