Management is full of chiniz people who doesn't respect indian people at all Work late night and Holiday as well even if no work Chiniz people doesn't know English and if they are not able to explain India even though they will shout on employees No job security at all . They hired people when they require at kick you off at any time without assigning reasons. Just after 6 month they ask me to leave the company. And 2 month after that got call for interview Package is with high bonus and they will not pay full bonus Follow all Chinese procedure only . You will not learn anything in this company. You have to follow those process even if they are in correct. Request you all that don't dare to join . If you want to spoil your career then please go ahead With me there are almost 10 to 12 CA AND CWA JOIN this organisation but with in span of 7 month out of that hardly 1 or 2 reaming in the organisation

Lack of Respect from Senior Management team, non-existent management, 80's management style and vision, lack of work-life balance, long approval process means things never get done or paid in time and you're always left embarrassed in front of customers, partners and suppliers, no career progression.
