no personal life..need to work t late night most of the days(till 12 or 1)..sometimes early morning till 5,6, or 7'o clock next day. Most of the weekends also you need to work. poor planning for releases.you need to sit and slog for 16 - 17 hours everyday about a week for each release..very tight schedule for every project coz of unrealistic planning and time schedule. No recognition for employee's effort..need to stay @ office till 8 or 9 , if there is no work also..otherwise you will be treated like a very early going- not working kind - non-performing one, even though you are ahead of schedule/up to the schedule...after initial days there will not be much things to learn(this depends on the team)...same junk work you will do and do again for hours..Most of the managers are very workaholic and they will extract every sweat of you...In your appraisal, manger's likes and dislikes may reflect..very bad work culture..

Seemed unwilling to take on change and adapt to meet market conditions. I often found that some of my ex-pat colleagues seemed unwilling to innovate and improve when the option for referring to HQ was available, which often reduced efficiency and left matters to established processes. I sometimes found that a favourable attention was garnered by the Chinese ex-pat staff sent from HQ, at the expense of local staff, and turnover was high.
