      Good starting salary Decent chance of promotion Friendly people Hardly any on-calls

      Cons

      Mostly business logic code, not much tech/skill involved, job-hopping is difficult Lots of overtime(9~11 PM, even later on several days) Overtime fee only paid for weekends and holidays Might not prolong the contract if you don't reach a certain level after 4/8 yrs

      Pros

      Business here is very stable, continuing earning profit, even under pressure of USA. Simple interpersonal relationship, good atmosphere to talking about technology or other stuff.

      Cons

      There are too much work to do, so employees here may not all good, on technology aspect. People work hard, but with poor efficiency, because of the lack of professional tools or workflow. The burden of the history also aggravate this situation, so here is not a good place to personal technical development.
