Pros

Vienna is a very nice city

Cons

During COVID, the management showed that they don’t care about workers mental and physical health. Before COVID I would have recommended the IAEA. In defiance of the Austrian government, the management arbitrarily is forcing people to come to work during a global pandemic. This is true even though nearly all jobs could be done as work from home, and even though every other UN agency did. go to 100% work from home. The agency is the only one that didn’t take its workers health seriously. If they don’t care about your health in a pandemic, they don’t care about you at all.
