Pros

International environment, tax-free salary, great quality of life in Vienna, Austria.

Cons

Management is still Stone-Age-Male who will only promote women if a benefit is received in return. Because most work is contractual, you may end up cashing a juicy cheque and have nothing to do. prepare to become good friends with Google.

Pros

Salary, benefits, job stability, would never be fired.

Cons

Bureaucracy like no other. Long-term staff who can stay until retirement are not required to work and can harm important projects.
