Good payment compared to the IT salary range in Austria

Cons

Rotation policy (employee cannot stay more than 7 years). Very bureaucratic. No promotions Salary is not based on performance.

International environment with individuals from more than 130 countries in the world. Lots of flexibility in the leave arrangement, very critical to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Bureaucracy as with many international organizations. For non-German speakers the city takes some getting used to. Fortunately the work language is English.
