Pros

-Get to put IBM on your resume. -Not all projects are terrible. -Bureaucratical managers are very hands-off

Cons

-Resource managers will put round pegs in square holes - they exist solely to get you on a project as fast as possible with no regard as to your career aspirations. -Babied at services center; absolute bottom-barrel pay -Deceptive management -Lotus Notes
